Our Promise to You

We want you to love your Pink Wisky Apparel order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at pinkwiskyai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Email us to get started and we'll sort it out fast.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, contact us immediately at pinkwiskyai@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you - no return required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Final sale items are also non-returnable.
